From Mental Health to Physical Strength: One Founder's Journey I'm Alex Crawshaw, I experienced a fair share of mental health issues. I struggled with anxiety, depression, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed by life's challenges. It was during this difficult time that I discovered the incredible benefits of strength training. Strength training became my sanctuary, a place to channel my energy and focus on something positive. The physical exertion and the sense of accomplishment that came with lifting weights provided an outlet for my emotions. Here are some thoughts and tips based on my journey: 1. Start small: If you're new to strength training, don't feel overwhelmed by the thought of lifting heavy weights. Start with bodyweight exercises or light dumbbells and gradually increase the intensity as you build strength and confidence. 2.
